I work toward the number. Discovery, hypotheses, CJM, A/B tests, research built into the process. I can measure design and prove its value to product managers and the C-suite. I've done it across B2C ecosystems, B2E tools, and EdTech.

I optimize processes

I automate the busywork and build AI tools and agents for specific tasks. I know what can realistically be done by hand and what it costs in person-hours — and when to reach for AI versus when to bring in an expert.
