I speak and write

I came into design from print and stayed for a simple reason: I love getting to the root of what users need and why businesses decide the way they do, hunting for the gaps, growing both people and numbers. At some point what started as a side interest quietly became the job.

Right now I'm drawn to the pairing of “design and AI”. I mentor designers and leads, experiment on my own, and write code. Some of what I make comes out clunky, but that's part of the process.

I start from the problem: I build and automate processes and go deep — from strategy all the way to design reviews. A leader's job, the way I see it, is to give the team clarity: who's doing what, and why. That's when people move with confidence instead of feeling their way in the dark.
